The law firm has been a trusted advocate before the Governor's Office, Legislature and State Agencies providing advocacy, solutions, petitions and education with respect to utility scale solar projects.
The law firm has provided legal services to developers and has been instrumental in the installation and energization of over 350 megawatts of clean solar energy in the State of New Jersey. The law firm also provides services to develop utility scale solar projects on landfills, brownfields and areas of historic fill which repurposes scarce New Jersey land and reduces the State’s carbon foot print.
